How long do individuals have to be employees at a company/organization before becoming members of a retirement plan and become vested in their benefits?

This is a decision that the business’ plan sponsor team makes. Often the biggest factor is evaluating the history of employee turnover. We usually recommend 60-90 days and no longer than one year but again, this is at the employer’s discretion.

How do I research the investment options MutualWealth offers via my retirement plan at work?
A qualified retirement plan for an organization involves an administrator, a trustee, an investment advisor, and a record keeper. Many trust companies can typically fulfill one or two of these roles, but MutualWealth can fulfill them all. Additionally, as a result of separated entities in most trust companies, getting questions answered and knowing who to turn to (for both business owners and employees) can become difficult. With MutualWealth however, companies can direct all questions and contact to us because all typical retirement plan services entities can be managed by us.
