We monitor your card activity for any signs of fraud and usually a purchase made outside the state of Indiana is a strong, potential indication of fraud. So that your debit/credit cards work while you travel, please call us at 800-382-8031 or stop in your local financial center to inform us of your travel plans. We're doing all we can to protect your accounts from fraud!

How quickly will I receive my debit card after opening my checking account?

How quickly will I receive my debit card after opening my checking account?

If you opened a new checking account with MutualBank online, please allow 7-10 business days for your debit card to arrive. Once you receive your new debit card, please call the 800-number on the front of your card to activate it and set up your pin.

Your Point-of-sale (POS) transactions will be limited to $2,000.00 within 24 hours and your ATM withdrawals will be limited to $500.00 within 24 hours.

Call Customer Support at 800-382-8031 to report any travel plans. We want to make sure your Debit/ATM cards work while you're traveling!

When will I receive my ATM Card after opening my savings account?

If you opened a new statement savings account with MutualBank, please allow 7-10 business days for your ATM card to arrive. You will not need to activate your ATM card.

Limits:
Your ATM withdrawals will be limited to $200.00 within 24 hours.
