Accessing your accounts with the MutualBank Business app is easy and secure. In fact, when you log in with your smart phone, you're accessing with the same multilayer security that's used as if you logged in from your desktop computer. We confirm your credentials along with the device your using. This strong approach to security provides simple, convenient access to your accounts and powerful protection against online fraud.

Each time you login, you'll be asked to enter your Access ID. Next, enter your password. If you normally log in using a security token, press the triangle button on your token to turn it on. Enter your 4-digit PIN number to unlock the token. Next press 1, to generate a one-time password and then just enter it's value along with your 4-digit PIN number to complete the password. Then, the first time you log in you'll be asked to confirm your identity by correctly answering the challenge question.

The Settings section is where you can securely sign out, activate your alerts, and review other information such as the app's terms and conditions.

Selecting Alerts displays a list of the different types of notifications, including fund transfers, ACH transactions, BCD, and wire transfers. If you're authorized to review and approve these types of transactions, simply activate them and the notifications will be sent to your home screen whenever items are awaiting your review.

If you have transactions waiting for your approval and have activated your push alerts, you’ll see an alert right on your home screen. Simply login and with a touch, you’ll see a list of the transaction types. Another touch allows you to review the individual transactions.

Approvals are simple. They offer a high level of protection against online fraud. And with the ability to approve items on the go... they've never been more convenient.

MutualBank Business App Mobile Deposit Overview


Depositing checks with the MutualBank Business app is easy and deposits can be made from almost everywhere you have internet access.

1. Begin by endorsing the check you'll be depositing. When ready, select Deposit.

2. From here, you can view your deposit history or make a new deposit. Just select the account to deposit the check and enter the amount.

3. Now take a photo of the FRONT of the check and then the back. Once both images have been captured, they are analyzed for quality.

4. If accepted, review the details and confirm your deposit. That's it!

You can check the status of your deposit at anytime by selecting Deposit History. Statuses include pending, declined, and those which have posted to your account. When depositing checks using your smart phone, it's recommended that you write a note on the original document reminding you that the check has been deposited and then storing the document for a specified period of time before safely destroying it.

Securely moving money between authorized accounts is easy.

1. From the transfers screen, you can access a list of the pre-defined transfer templates you have permission to initiate.

2. Then update or complete any required information - Including the accounts and the amount. You can even include notes before submitting your transfer.

3. Review the details and continue and then your transfer is submitted. If an approval is required, an approval notification is sent to the appropriate contact.
