    To download the app: Click the links above from your mobile device or go to your respective app store and search “MutualBank”.

  • How do I enable mobile banking from within online banking?

    How do I enable mobile banking from within online banking?


    You can register for Mobile Banking through logging into online banking. Be sure to turn on your mobile phone and make sure it’s ready to receive text messages.

    Here are the instructions:

    1. Log into online banking
    2. Click OPTIONS at the top of screen
    3. Scroll down until you reach the Mobile Banking Profile section
    4. Click the ENROLL NOW button
    5. Agree to the the Terms and Conditions and click CONTINUE
    6. Select all of the mobile services you wish to enroll in and click CONTINUE
    7. Select the accounts you wish to use with mobile banking and click CONTINUE
    8. Enter your mobile phone number click CONTINUE
    9. You will then receive an activation code via text message.
    10. Enter this activation code and click ACTIVATE

    Now you're all set to use our mobile app! Visit the Apple iOS, Android, or Amazon Fire app store to download our app!

    I haven't received the mobile banking activation code on my mobile phone. What should I do?


    First, double check the mobile phone number you entered during registration. If it is correct, here are some other options for resolving the issue:

    • Verify that your mobile phone is on and able to receive text messages
    • Check with your mobile service carrier if you’re not sure you can receive text messages
    • Contact your mobile service carrier and make sure your phone can send and receive messages to and from a standard U.S. short code.
    • Request a new activation code - Go to online banking and access your mobile banking profile. On the My Phones page, find the phone number and select the option Get new activation code. You will receive a text message with a new activation code.

    If you’re still having problems with the activation code, contact our customer support for assistance.

No. We don’t save any files with your personal or financial information on your phone. That information stays strictly within online banking. For some phones, such as a BlackBerry, we have logo and branding files that we copy to your phone. Those files do not contain any personally identifiable information.
