Meet our lenders 

The application will ask you questions about the home and your finances and takes less than 20 minutes to complete. See the list below for a starter list of documents to have ready. Additional documents may be required.  

Have these documents/information handy:

  • Two years of most recent W-2's

  • Two recent pay stubs

  • Two bank statements

  • Information on debts (car loans, student loans, credit cards, etc.)

  • Names & addresses of
    employers in the last 2 years 

 

  • One to two years of tax returns

  • Social security & disability payments (if applicable)

  • Proof of pension income (if applicable)

  • Dividend earnings and bonuses

  • Security accounts (stocks, bonds, life insurance, etc.)

Step 2

Information Review & Property Appraisal

At this point we'll contact you to gather any information from your application we need to review.

You'll also be asked for a deposit so we can schedule an appraisal and pull your credit information. This deposit will be credited towards your closing fees at closing.

Closing

We’ll then contact you, your real estate agent, and the seller to coordinate your closing date. That's it!

After the appraisal and title work is complete, we'll contact you to schedule your loan closing. The closing will take place at MutualBank or the office of a title company. A few days before closing, your Mortgage Lender will contact you to walk through the final information so that there won't be any surprises at closing.

    Yes, applying for a mortgage loan before you find a home may be the best thing you could do! If you apply for your mortgage now, we could issue an approval subject to you finding the perfect home. You can use the pre-qualification letter to assure real estate brokers and sellers that you are a qualified buyer. Having a pre-qualification letter for a mortgage may give more weight to any offer to purchase that you make.

    When you find the perfect home, you'll simply call your Mortgage Lender to complete your application. You'll have an opportunity to lock in our great rates and fees then and we'll complete the processing of your request.
