What You Need To Know

Financial Center & ATM Updates

1. Beginning Friday, March 20, 2020 at 8:00am, we will be limiting access to our bank lobbies for a minimum of two weeks. Visits will be allowed by appointment only (See FAQs below).

2. All financial centers and departments are undergoing increased cleaning and sanitizing efforts for customers who do visit by appointment.

3. We are following the recommendations set forth by the Centers for Disease Control, and are actively monitoring news coming from the CDC to ensure we have the latest information.

4. We have been and continue to actively encourage our employees to stay home should they be suffering from any symptoms related to COVID-19, or if they believe they may have been exposed to someone else with the coronavirus.

How can you visit a financial center?

Lobby access will be available by appointment only.

How can you make an appointment?

If you’d like to still meet with a banker at one of our financial centers, please call one of our locations to make an appointment. We are concerned about you and our employee’s well-being and the appointment gives us an opportunity to limit exposure.

What safety precautions will be taken for customers who visit for an appointment?

Please note, we will ask you a couple of questions in scheduling the appointment to ensure our employee’s health is kept safe. We are screening for appointments, meeting in bigger spaces to allow social distancing, and increasing cleaning of the meeting spaces to address and protect our employees and customers. We appreciate your cooperation during this unfamiliar time.

Will drive-thru's remain open?

Yes! Our drive-thru lanes will remain open with regular operating hours (view location hours here)

What about ATMs and Video Tellers?

You will still have access 24/7 to ATMs (view ATM locations here) and Video Teller access from 7am to 7pm at our Video Teller Machines (view Video Teller locations here).

What's a Video Teller?

If you are unfamiliar with our Video Tellers, they combine the convenience of an ATM with the personal service of a teller. You can see and talk to a real person through a video monitor on the machine. The Video Teller offers you more service options than a typical ATM. See the chart below for banking transactions conducted through a Video Teller Machine.
