MutualBank introduces newest Loan Counselor, Laura Plasschaert! To her role, she brings four years of banking and customer relations experience, achieved at Mutual. Laura began her banking career as a teller, then promoted to relationship banker, followed by an administrative assistant and today, as a loan counselor. Laura says, “I truly love helping people, and as loan counselor, I get to do that every day. I enjoy answering the tough questions customers have about their loans and their credit!” Loan Counselors, like Laura, assist customers with lending options that range from auto, to personal and home loans.
Laura’s quest for knowledge and understanding is far-reaching. To understand a customer’s unique situation, she takes time to dissect credit reports. She also recently received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the Judd Leighton School of Business and Economics. For the past decade, she’s volunteered for the John Adams Mock Trial organization – most recently as co-coach with other volunteers. Personally, Laura enjoys reading, trivia and traveling. Her long-term goal is to visit every state in our country!
At home in Indiana, visit Laura at the Church Street Financial Center in Mishawaka. She also accommodates customer schedules by meeting at convenient locations.
