FAQs

How do I know this is legit and my information is secure?

If you have any concerns about legitimacy, this is a bank-wide effort to update information so you can call our Customer Support at 800-382-8031 or visit any MutualBank near you to confirm. You can also click the lock icon in your browser next to our domain name to verify our certificate for this site and its authenticity.

What will happen after I provide my information?

First, we will verify the information you provided is what we have on record. If the physical mailing address or email address you provide is different than what we have on file for you, we will update our records. We will also update your cell phone number if it is new.

How else can I update my information?

If you prefer not to do so online, no problem! Call us at 800-382-8031 or visit any Mutualbank location near you. You may also receive a letter in the mail with an information sheet you can fill out and mail back to us (return envelope and postage included).

Why do you ask for the last 5 of my SSN?

To verify you are who you say you are. If the last 5 digits of your SSN do not match what we have on file, we will not immediately update your information and instead will contact you for verification.

Will the information I provide be applied to all of my accounts?

After verification if it's updated information, yes. If you prefer to have different contact information listed for different accounts, please contact us.

What else do I need to do for the transition to Northwest Bank?

Shortly you will receive all instructions and action steps via a conversion book sent to your address. Be on the lookout for that. We will make sure the transition is super easy for you and everything gets squared away! We're here to help if you have any questions.
